The dormakaba TS73V is a compact rack and pinion overhead door closer designed primarily for internal doors, including suitable fire and smoke check door applications. Its adjustable closing force, closing speed, latching action and backcheck make it a versatile solution for a wide range of commercial manual door installations.

The TS73V is non-handed and can be used on single- or double-leaf doors. With an adjustable power size of EN 2–4, it is suitable for standard doors up to 1100mm wide when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.
