Warranty Claim Submission
Please use the form below to request a warranty replacement part. Ensure all fields are completed, including original purchase details and serial numbers.

Note for claims exceeding 12 months: You are required to provide EN 16005 compliance documentation and servicing reports verifying that the machine has been maintained according to manufacturer specifications. Please use the designated upload fields for these documents.

Please Note: For fault claims over 12 months old up until 36 months old, AutoMagic Door reserve the right to supply you with a refurbished part. The warranty on any replacement for the three-year period starts from the original purchase date. Should the faulty part be deemed misuse and abuse such as physical damage, you agree that an invoice can be raised for this cost to the account. You confirm you have the authority to authorise this.

This warranty includes control panels, and motor gearbox. The extended warranty does not include batteries, drive arms, physical houses, drive belt, rollers or switches.
