Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us following the guidelines below.

Returns

  • You may return any unused and undamaged door parts within 30 days of receiving your order for a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • We do not accept returns on custom-made or special-order items unless they are faulty.
  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Please Note- Bespoke Built and Cut items are non refundable as they are made to your specification. 

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. Securely package the item to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number.
  4. Send the parcel to the following address:

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.

Exchanges

  • If you need a replacement for a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
